Can I provide the name and address for my own Soldier, Sailor, Airman or Marine?
Yes, however, we can not guarantee delivery and will not refund any order when this is done. First of all, please understand that under no circumstance can we guarantee delivery. We can and do go as far as we can with this, we do include delivery confirmation but that only is good until the package hits the APO (typically in New York or San Francisco). Once the military takes control of the mail, there is no tracking, no delivery confirmation, etc. We caution customers that military addresses are very different than what we are used to, normally no street address, no city, strange acronyms, etc. A simple mistake in the format of a military address, or sending a bad or outdated one, can cause a package to be lost forever.
Can I order packages by mail? Fax? Phone?
Ordering by mail is simply done by using the online catalog found HERE and selecting the "Payment by Mail" option on the sign-in page. Then, print the form and fax or mail it. Instructions are on the printed page. Sorry, we don't do phone orders.
Can we prove we sent the packages?
Absolutely! Contrary to popular belief, purchasing the additional delivery confirmation is ONLY going to show that it was sent to the APO, NOT to the troops the package is addressed to. We have no control what so ever over how the mail is handled, but we ship USPS Priority and delivery confirmation on all packages, and of course the post office collects all copies of the customs forms.
How long does it take to get the packages to the troops?
All orders are typically sent out within 48 hours. They are all sent Priority Mail and Delivery Confirmation. Once they go in the mail, we have absolutely no control on the delivery. Normal delivery times are about 7-14 days depending on many factors. Delivery times during the holidays can be considerably longer.
